Although our focus is on romance, we are also looking to disrupt the market with various genres and help shape the stories of tomorrow.Job Description:As a Screenwriter, you will play a key role in the creation of vertical short dramas from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for generating innovative ideas, writing compelling scripts, and collaborating with our production team to bring those ideas to life. You'll need to be highly creative, self-motivated, and ready to take charge of the creative process while also thriving in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Write original scripts and adapt existing material for vertical short drama projects.Collaborate with directors, actors, and production teams to ensure the creative vision is executed effectively.Manage the entire production process from pre-production through post-production.Develop and pitch new ideas for vertical short drama series and episodes.Maintain the overall tone and quality of projects to ensure they meet company and audience standards.Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Film, Screenwriting, Literature, or a related field. •Proven experience as a script reviewer, screenwriter, or editor in the entertainment industry. •Strong portfolio, preferably in vertical short dramas. •Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills. •Familiarity with vertical short drama production. •Passion for the vertical short drama industry. •If lacking vertical format experience, a strong understanding of Korean dramas is required. •Creative thinker with a track record of developing original ideas. •Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Benefits:Competitive salary ($5,500 - $7,000 per month) with eligibility for bonuses.Opportunity to work in an exciting, growing industry.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Room for creative freedom and professional growth.
