Title: Usability Specialist IIILocation: Culver City, CADuration: 6 MonthsResponsibilities:Lead research studies for marketing, content, sales and product teams, including but not limited to episode testing, key-art testing, promotion testing, audience strategy and UX testingManage routine data reporting and distribution mechanisms for continuous research initiativesWork cross-functionally on projects with internal stakeholders to understand and address their research needsOversee all stages of qualitative and quantitative research studies, including design, fieldwork, analysis and reportingAggregate and communicate research findings to key stakeholders, drawing insights and making data-driven recommendations to help shape the path forwardLead meetings and initiatives with senior level stakeholders both internal and external Selling Points: Experience working with WONDERY PLUS (one of leading podcast companies globally) Required Skills:5+ years of primary research experience in both qualitative and quantitative researchPast experience working for a market research or consumer insights team at an entertainment company or research agencyMust understand a variety of market research methodologies and their applicationsAbility to conduct research independently using internal tools without a research vendor (includes questionnaire writing, programming, QCing, data processing and reporting)Strong statistical proficiency with the ability to explain statistical concepts in an intuitive wayAbility to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels, exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to use a data-driven approach to problem solving and scalingAbility to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and the ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligentlyStrong client-management skills; ability to adapt to a variety of individual styles and approaches in order to deliver the appropriate insights and support each requiresExperience with conducting research on ad sales and UX research is a plusLeadership Principles:Insist on high standardsDeliver resultsCustomer obsessionMust Have skills:Survey designStatistical ProficiencyData Analysis
