Labor & Employment Attorney

Our client is looking for a dedicated Labor and Employment Attorney to handle a variety of workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and be adept at drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.Take and defend depositions.Conduct administrative hearings.Draft workplace policies and procedures.Conduct employee training sessions.Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to employers on various employment law issues.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Michigan state bar.3+ years of experience in labor and employment law.Strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.Experience taking and defending depositions.Experience conducting administrative hearings is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Apply in if you believe this would be a fit for you!
