Offering amazing company culture, wonderful leadership and growth opportunity, this role is sure to be filled quickly so let's talk soon!Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise and support facilities with employment related duties such as but not limited to investigations, performance management, and conflict resolutionManage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding as neededProvide guidance to facilities as it pertains to FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other leaves of absencesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsLead training and development initiatives - must be comfortable presenting in large group settingsAudit and maintain employee records and HRIS systemHelp provide guidance to facilities as it pertains to Risk Management and Employee SafetyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of Healthcare related experience, SNF or Long Term Care preferred5+ years of progressive HR experiencePHR/SPHR certification preferredStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesAbility to travel in the field approximately 25% of the timeBilingual - Spanish speaking preferredRequired SkillsProficiency in HRIS Systems such as Paychex and Microsoft Office Suite ProductsDemonstrated proficiency in Excel (pivots, v lookups, formulas, etc.)Knowledge of California and Federal employment laws and regulationsMust be proficient in CA specific leave requirementsWorking ConditionsThis is a full-time, exempt position based in our Brea office.
