Senior Associate Attorney

Legally Hired Professionals, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled permanent full-time Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience to join a well-established law firm in Morristown, NJ. Insurance litigation experience is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar, and New York Bar admission is preferred.The ideal candidate will manage complex litigation matters, advocate on behalf of clients in court, and play a key role in resolving legal disputes through strategic negotiation, contract development, and case management. This role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal counsel.Key Responsibilities:Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparationAdvocate for clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiationsDraft and review legal documents, pleadings, and contractsProvide strategic legal counsel and risk assessment to clientsMaintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and client serviceQualifications:7+ years of litigation experience (insurance litigation experience is a plus)Active New Jersey Bar admission (New York Bar preferred)Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
