We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects aimed at optimizing and enhancing HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to track milestones, and experience in documenting and mapping processes. You will collaborate with various project contributors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive HR process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.Track critical paths and subordinate tasks to ensure projects meet deadlines and milestones.Document current processes, identify bottlenecks, and create optimized future-state workflows.Develop and maintain process maps for existing business processes.Assist in process architecture and documentation for new or changing business processes.Create job aids, SOPs, and communication plans to support process updates and best practices.Ensure stakeholder alignment, manage change management tasks, and develop cutover plans.Measure and track the outcomes of process improvements to ensure value delivery.Key Performance Indicators:Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.Adherence to project schedules and milestones.Efficiency improvements due to timely project execution.High customer/stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and execution.Required Experience:2-4 years of experience in process analysis and project management.2-4 years of experience in HR process and technology projects.Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).Experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet or similar).Workday or similar cloud-based HR software experience is a plus.Required Leadership Traits:Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.Ability to foster a cooperative team environment and motivate team members.Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving projects to completion.Critical and creative thinking to solve obstacles and find effective solutions.Education & Certification:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.Project Management Certification (PMP or similar) is preferred.
