They strive to enhance their digital presence and customer experience through innovative solutions and strategic product management.Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead digital initiatives and drive the development of customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, digital marketing, and digital strategy, with a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and engineers, to optimize our client's digital products and platforms.Responsibilities:Define and execute the digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Lead the development and enhancement of digital products, focusing on user experience, functionality, and innovation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and engineering, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles, ensuring efficiency and adaptability.Manage relationships with C-suite executives, presenting product roadmaps, updates, and business impacts.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings to align stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.Oversee product performance, utilizing data analytics and user feedback to iterate and optimize solutions.Ensure smooth project execution, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.Quickly adapt to new projects and business challenges with minimal supervision.Qualifications:A college degree in Product Management, IT/Technology, or a related field is preferred. A High School Diploma (or GED) is required.7+ years of experience in product management, digital marketing, and digital strategy.Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and customer-centric design.Proven experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, engineers).Thorough knowledge of Agile principles, software development methodologies, and executive relationship management.Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and workshop facilitation.Strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and ability to communicate effectively with executives.Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and negotiate effectively.Ability to adapt quickly to new projects with minimal supervision.
