After 90 days, Hybrid schedule. 2 Days on Campus and 3 days remote,Excellent benefits include three weeks of PTO, 15 sick days, 15 paid holidays, and 401K.The week between Christmas and New Year's is also paid time off.GENERAL SUMMARY:Admissions Representatives work on an admissions team to recruit qualified applicants for admission to the school. Admission Representatives must comply with state and federal accreditation, along with company policies and regulations, while remaining consistent with the highest ethical standards.Admissions Representatives are also responsible for managing time and inquiry resources to generate interest in our program. This position will conduct a high quantity of prospect phone calls to secure appointments and interview activity and conduct follow-up activity with unresolved interviewees and future class applicants.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Accurately and completely explain education programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial consideration to students and their support system if it pertains.• Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity weekly goals; utilize approved recruitment policies/formats; make prompt and effective contact with inquiries and redirect unqualified candidates based upon incompatible career goals.• Secure new inquiries (Personally Developed Leads) by directly asking phone contacts about referrals of others to contact that may be interested in the program offered.• Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment and determine the appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goal compatibility.• Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for Director of Admissions and Senior level management.• Consistently conduct follow-up meetings with all applicants, daily, weekly or as needed to ensure successful matriculation.• Effectively communicate with the enrolled students to guide them through the online orientation and help them understand the importance of this activity as well as tracking their progress.• Assist other personnel and departments with data collection and problem-solving.• Be an active participant in team activities and initiatives.• Other duties as required or assigned.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is strongly preferred• 1+ years of admissions recruitment.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESCommunication Skills• Detail Oriented• Time-Management Skills• Organizational Skills• Team-oriented• Coachability: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement• Ethics: Has personal and professional ethics and fosters a diverse and respectful workplace.• Ability to interact with staff and external relationships in a professional manner, including a demonstrated commitment to customer service.• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
