Real Estate Attorney

Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney in the Miami/Coral Gables area! Firm is open to a Senior Associate or Shareholder level.This is a remote role - candidates must live in the Miami/Coral Gables area7-12 years of experience needed. Salary $226K + discretionary bonus/year end distribution. Benefits - 100% paid employee health insurance premium (United Healthcare) and 401k starting day 1 - $1 for $1 match up to 4% salary. Unlimited PTO for Attorney level.Duties:Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their cases.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting various practice areas.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.Manage paralegals and legal assistants as necessary.Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:7+ + years of commercial real estate experienceExperience should include some combination of commercial acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, landlord/tenant matters (residential and commercial), and title and survey reviewJ.D. from an accredited law schoolExcellent academic credentialsOutstanding referencesActive member of a state bar in good standing
