Are you ready to transition to an in-house position with a leading asset management firm?We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Fund Formation Lawyer to join our client's dynamic in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your Big Law experience and apply your expertise directly to the asset management industry.Key Responsibilities:?? Lead and support the structuring and formation of private equity (small amount of venture capital and hedge funds are fine also) ?? Draft, review, and negotiate key fund documents?? Provide legal and strategic advice on regulatory compliance, fund structures, and fundraising processes?? Work closely with senior leadership and investment teams to advise on legal issues related to investments and capital raising?? Stay current with evolving regulations and industry best practices to ensure the firm's operations are compliant and risk-managed??
