Senior Counsel, Renewable Energy Transactions

Entrusted Advisors is actively seeking experienced attorneys to support large-scale renewable energy projects with our clients in the Bay Area. Ideal candidates will have a background in EPC along with extensive experience working in-house to support development projects. These roles offer the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and project development activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal support on EPC contracts, major procurement agreements (goods & services), and power purchase agreements (PPAs).Advise on M&A, corporate reorganizations, due diligence for debt arrangements, and independent engineering reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on land use agreements, conditional-use and ministerial permitting, labor agreements, tax incentives (IRA/PW&A requirements), and public relations matters.Assist with contract administration, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and project requirements.Key Qualifications:Licensed to practice law in California.Experience handling EPC agreements, major procurement contracts, and PPAs.Familiarity with project finance.Strong contract administration and negotiation skills.Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently and drive projects to completion.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work on-site in the Bay Area either full time or on a hybrid schedule.
