Role - Remote Discipline AttorneyPosition Overview:Seeking a Discipline Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our their legal team. This is a remote position with the expectation of visiting clients in the Los Angeles area as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for defending public safety personnel and strong experience in administrative hearings, employment law, or related litigation.Key Responsibilities:Represent law enforcement officers, correctional officers, and fire personnel in disciplinary proceedings and internal affairs investigationsAdvise clients on legal strategies related to administrative hearings, policy violations, and employment disputesConduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare defense strategies for disciplinary actions.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.1-3 years of legal experience in disciplinary defense, employment law, administrative law, or insurance defenseApply to this posting or email me at celina.perris@
