We are looking for passionate, creative individuals to join our team and contribute to our unique vision.Role OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in fashion design, technical development, and production processes. You will work closely with the Head of Design to translate creative concepts into tangible products through technical sketches, tech packs, and hands-on work with fabrics and trims. This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of the design process and collaborate across different aspects of product development in a fast-paced, evolving environmentKey ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Designer will be responsible for developing products from concept to production, collaborating with internal and external teams, and providing technical guidanceCollaborate with internal and external teams to ensure product meets design and technical requirements to develop products with attention to detail and meet the company's design and quality standardsProvide technical support to internal and external personnelTake part in establishing fit, fabric, and garment construction standardsAid in the production process and ensure quality controlContribute innovative ideas for product developmentHelp problem-solve any issues related to knitwear product developmentCommunicate effectively with all levels of the organizationRequirements2+ years of experience (can include internships) in Design, ideally in luxury or premium ready-to-wear.Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopProficient in creating tech packs and technical sketches.Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.Experience collaborating with suppliers and managing sample development.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced, small-team environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume, portfolio and cover letter to careers@.
