Social Media Strategist

Full Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Short Form Social Media Strategist with strategy, production, and editing expertise to join our growing creative team. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire or part time-to-hire position.This role involves managing strategy and content creation for our clients, from pre-production to publication and analysis. You'll report to the Senior account manager and collaborate with the rest of the creative team.Responsibilities:Edit 3-4 short form content pieces (reels and graphics) for our clientsTrack and leverage Instagram trendsDevelop and execute platform-specific strategiesEdit high-quality, short-form video clipsDesign engaging visuals and graphicsMonitor analytics and provide performance reportsTrain team members on Instagram best practicesManage collaborations between accountsDocument processes so that there is redundancy if you need to take time off or expand to hiring someone to assist with editsKeep files and SOPs neatly organized in Google Drive so teammates can easily accessKeep your team updated on deadlines and status of projectsMaintain consistent quality work through out our clients deliverablesRequirements:Deep understanding of social media and short-form contentTrack record of growing social media accountsExpertise in video editing software (Capcut / Da Vinci Resolve recommended)Strategic thinking abilitiesStrong project management skillsDetail-oriented approachExcellent communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:Base: $55,000-$65,000 annuallyBonuses availableLocation: In person in Las Vegas, NVFull benefits package including:Medical, Vision, and Dental coverageUnlimited PTO401(k) with company matchCore Values:Drive to Excel: Excellence under pressure, embracing challenges, and commitment to continuous improvementDrive to Improve: Self-awareness, courage to communicate truth, and openness to feedbackDrive to Perform: Maintaining high professional and personal standards with alignment between thoughts, words, and actionsPosition Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
