Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team in St. Louis, MO. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while ensuring efficiency and collaboration across teams.Project Manager- ManufacturingLocation: Maryland Heights, MO (Onsite)Compensation: $30-38/hr (DOE)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing teams, reporting directly to the Engineering ManagerAct as the primary liaison between Engineering, Sales, Operations, and ManufacturingCoordinate with clients and distributor representatives to ensure seamless project executionRelease new orders and manage parts releases based on production schedulesIdentify and mitigate project risks, keeping timelines and deliverables on trackMonitor project progress and proactively address delays with action plansTrack part shortages and lead times to ensure minimal disruption to productionManage EMS (internal project system) and assist in developing new project tracking systemsCoordinate shipping logistics with clients for timely deliveriesAssess and recommend alternative electrical components for improved efficiency and cost-effectivenessUpdate project plans and purchasing systems to support ongoing and upcoming initiativesQualifications & SkillsAssociate degree or higher in business or a technical field (or 3+ years of equivalent experience in project management)Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation fabricationStrong interpersonal communication and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiencyExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, highly organized, and goal-orientedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Travel RequirementsOccasional regional travel may be required to support projects and team activities.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to make an impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
