Junior Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in high-exposure, catastrophic personal injury cases, including products liability and general negligence. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases with exposure to both trial and pretrial matters.Responsibilities Include:Taking and defending expert and witness depositionsDrafting original motions and other litigation-related documents for complex casesDrafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various partiesDeveloping and maintaining client relationships through effective oral and written communicationPreparing for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness listsJob Requirements:Qualifications:At least 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred, with a focus on personal injury, products liability, or general negligence casesJuris Doctor degree from a top law schoolActive and in good standing license to practice law in CaliforniaSelf-motivated with a high energy level, capable of managing responsibilities and meeting deadlinesProven experience in a billable work environmentSuperior written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detailThe ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on challenging litigation matters with a collaborative approach to team success.
