This includes managing orders, materials, and services to ensure on-time delivery. The role also involves identifying problems, recommending solutions, and adhering to project procedures.Activities: Prepare build books and kitting paperwork for Logistics TechniciansCollaborate with Aftermarket, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to manage logistics for the shipment of production and field returnsSupport the Production Schedule for production hardware, end items, and spares in coordination with buyersWork with the Logistics Coordinator to maintain production bin stock and issue non-production requisitions as neededMonitor production exception reports and address delivery date issues with Purchasing, escalating to the Master Scheduler and management when necessaryBuild strong working relationships with Operations, Engineering, Programs, and ProcurementOversee cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory trackingPromote company objectives for 100% On-Time Deliveries, Quality, 5S, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvementPrepare necessary shipping documentation, including packing lists, delivery notes, proforma statements, and customs paperworkServe as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers regarding shipping schedules, tracking, and delivery inquiriesAddress and resolve customer complaints related to shipmentsEnsure compliance with domestic and international shipping lawsDemonstrate knowledge of export/import regulations, AES filing, and preparing proforma statementsWhat skills and qualifications are we looking for?Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or PlanningMinimum 4 years of experience in a Planner role within the Aerospace industry or high-volume manufacturingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructionsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsAPICS certification or training is preferred, but not requiredExperience with ERP/MRP systems, particularly SAP and shipping transactions within SAPWhy join us?To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company;To have a competitive salary and a great benefits packageTo access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices;To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals;To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence;To join a dynamic, specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.To be part of a team where having fun is essential.
