In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with producers, underwriters, and carriers to deliver exceptional service and quote risk solutions.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on coverage options.Process policy renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.Work closely with carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for clients.Assist producers with new business quoting, proposals, and presentations.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.Maintain organized client records in the agency management system.Qualifications & Skills:Required: New York Property & Casualty Insurance License.Experience: Minimum 4years in commercial lines account management or a related role in an insurance agency.Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (General Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, etc.).Proficiency in agency management system (AMS360 a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental.Career growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.Ongoing training and professional development.We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
