Category Manager, Indirect Services

Job Title: Category Manager Location: New York, NY (onsite) Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement procurement strategies Indirect services including HR, Contingent Labor, Real Estate, Facilities, and other Non-IT categories. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value.Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with company goals.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect services. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
