This role is remote-first, but the ideal candidate should be able to travel to New York as needed to network, meet clients, and strengthen relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment, have a strong network in the finance and accounting space, and love connecting top talent with high-growth tech companies, this role is for you.What You'll DoManage the full recruitment cycle for finance and accounting roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a strong network in the finance and accounting sectors.Source top talent through various channels, including headhunting, job boards, referrals, and networking events.Attend industry events and networking opportunities in New York to strengthen connections and market presence.Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and hiring needs in finance and accounting.What You Bring3-5 years of agency recruitment experience, specifically in finance and accounting.Experience recruiting finance professionals for tech startups, from early-stage to growth-stage companies.A strong understanding of finance and accounting roles (e.g., CFOs, Controllers, FP&A, Audit, etc.).A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.Willingness to travel to New York for networking, client meetings, and events.Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission structureFlexible remote work with travel opportunitiesA high-energy, collaborative team environmentOpportunities to grow and develop within the business
