Coordinator, Multiplatform Scheduling

A recognized entertainment organization is currently seeking a new Coordinator of Multiplatform Scheduling to join their growing team. In this role, the Coordinator of Multiplatform Scheduling will be responsible for working closely with the Managers of Multiplatform Scheduling to execute monthly schedules with content from various brands. About the Opportunity:Start Date: ASAPAssignment Length: Temp ongoingSchedule: Monday to FridayHours: 9am to 5pm (flexible start times; 35 to 40 hours per week)Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote), ResponsibilitiesExecute and disseminate monthly program schedules and associated documentsEnsure accuracy across all documentationEnter monthly schedules, media assets, format templates, and schedule changes into multiple systems including WURL, Aurora, and ExcelAssist in inventory and usage trackingContribute with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a "get it done" mindsetWork independently as well as within a team environment.Perform other duties, as neededQualifications:2+ years of relevant work experienceProficient in databases and ExcelPrevious experience with trackers, formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and handling large datasetsPassionate about TV content and enthusiastic about the industryKnowledgeable about Content Pairing and StrategyOrganized and tech-savvy, ensuring efficient Content ManagementMicrosoft Excel Desired Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Communications and/or New MediaKnowledge of Media Rights
