BSA/ Workday Integrations Lead

Position: Business Systems Analyst/ Workday Integrations LeadClient: BankingLocation: New York, NYDuration: Fulltime/ Permanent/ Direct HireWork Schedule: 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote, per weekJob DescriptionLooking for a Business Systems Analyst with technical experience to join the Bank as Workday Core Financial Technical Administrator, who will lead system integrations. Prior Workday administrator experience is preferred. He/She should have prior Workday implementation experience (CoreFinancials, Procurement, Banking). Adaptive is nice to have. This individual is a self-starter and can multitask and prioritize.6+ years of experience. Preferred in Banking and Financial industry experience is required.Technical required skills:Prior SQL Experience, experience in programming ( e.g. Java) or scripting languages (e.g. Java Script), experience using a Job Scheduler.Exposure or experience with reporting tools such as Snowflake, Crystal report or Qliksense.Knowledge of Workday Studio is nice to haveRole:Lead systems integration support, understand our Workday system interfaces upstream and downstream.Lead ongoing production support, bug fixes, new enhancement and requirement request, and reporting requests.Understand the Workday module requirements enough to coordinate with business users and help them with issue tracking and resolution . The individual will also be assisting with system analysis and help with any data migration and analysis effort.Well-versed with project management lifecycleExperienced with Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, workflow visualization and UATMicrosoft Excel skills requiredGeneral Ledger experience is nice to have
