Client: Apex SystemsLocation: O'Hare AirportDuration: Long-Term ContractAdministrative AssistantJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize office operations and procedures.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Develop and maintain a filing system.Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications:2-5 years of experience in an administrative role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Can pass a background check required for SIDA Badge
