Elaborate how you have used them in your previous positions.Job Overview:The Office Services Coordinator is responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, and providing administrative support. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a formal, professional setting.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.Order supplies, including Instacart, to keep office essentials stocked.Process and pay invoices in a timely manner.Manage and reconcile credit card expenses.Validate guest and employee parking within the first 10 minutes of arrival.Answer and direct phone calls professionally.Maintain a business professional dress code at all times.Experience:Minimum 2+ years of experience in a front-facing professional role, such as a receptionist or administrative assistant.Education:An associate or bachelor's degreeMust Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.Experience with campaign logic or creating email campaigns is preferred.Ability to interact professionally with clients, guests, and internal teams.Reliable and able to manage responsibilities efficiently.A proactive approach to assisting guests and staff.Accuracy in financial tasks, invoicing, and office organization.Ability to maintain a formal, polished presence in a corporate setting.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working at a front desk in a highly professional environment.Previous experience in a very formal corporate setting, adhering to strict professionalism and business etiquette.Position is offered by a no fee agency.
