This role can be located anywhere in the US, with a preference for San Francisco Bay Area.Position OverviewAs a Corporate M&A Partner, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing complex mergers and acquisitions transactions for the firm's diverse client base. Your expertise and strategic guidance will be instrumental in ensuring successful outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the firm's growth and reputation in the M&A space.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead and manage high-profile M&A transactions from initiation to closingProvide expert legal advice and strategic counsel to clients throughout the deal processConduct thorough due diligence, negotiate transaction agreements, and oversee closingsCultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communicationActively participate in business development and marketing initiatives to drive firm growthMentor and guide junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environmentRequirementsProven track record of successfully leading and closing complex M&A transactionsEstablished client base/following with a minimum value of $1.5mStrong business development skills and an extensive professional networkExceptional communication, negotiation, and client management abilitiesDemonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to mentoring junior attorneysMinimum hourly rate of $700 with flexibility for higher rates based on experience and expertiseExperience in securities/capital markets is a bonus.Company OverviewRenowned for its inclusive and supportive culture, our client has achieved significant growth in recent years.
