This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.Job Description:The Part-Time Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various positions within the company. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and potential remote work based on performance. Key Responsibilities:Post job openings on Indeed and other platformsIdentify and screen potential candidates against job requirements and skillsetSchedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managersProvide candidate feedback to leadership and HR teamsEnsure seamless and professional candidate experienceQualifications:At least 6 months of HR or recruiting experience (Internship experience OK)Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's Degree requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS is a plusStrong organizational and communication skillsAdditional Details:Flexible work schedule: 24 hours per week and choose 3 full days or 5 shorter daysHybrid work may be available after trainingOne-round interview process with hiring managersThree month contractPerks:Gain hands-on recruitment experience with structured trainingWork closely with a small and supportive HR teamExposure to global manufacturing company
