With thousands of employees across multiple locations, they have demonstrated remarkable stability, maintaining operations and protecting jobs even during challenging economic periods.Position Overview: The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing production line computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), planning and executing mechanical and electrical best practice goals, and developing training programs to deliver top operating systems while working within budget constraints.Key Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of the CMMS in a manufacturing environmentDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve the preventive maintenance programPlan and execute mechanical and electrical Best Practice goals within the CMMS environmentPartner with Maintenance and Operations Departments on the development of maintenance schedulesSupervise and control maintenance parts pricing with vendors, inventory & expense budgetsDevelop and execute plant equipment revitalization projectsProvide instrumental training for manufacturing plant mechanics and electriciansExecute continuous improvement events to drive out loss and increase line efficienciesPerform work order quality audits to improve mechanical efficienciesConduct safety training and enforce safety procedures for production personnelQualifications: 5-10 years of related experience in a high-output manufacturing or packaging facilityStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsExpertise with Computerized Maintenance Management SystemsExperience with preventative maintenance scheduling in manufacturingAbility to forecast maintenance schedulesExperience working in food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturingProject management and capital project management experience preferredAbility to work flexible hours and weekends as neededWhy Join Our Client: Competitive compensation with 5% annual bonus opportunitiesStable, long-term employment with a company that maintained its workforce through economic challengesStrong internal growth opportunities and career advancement pathsCollaborative team environmentOpportunity to work with cutting-edge manufacturing equipmentThis position offers a flexible schedule based on your preference.
