Network troubleshooting - Internal vs external, VPN, LTE, Wifi, Application Troubleshooting - Account permission, Compatibility settings, Browser vs installed, Remote support - MSRA, RDP, TEAMs, Webex. Hardware Deployment ServiceNow - Ticket management, Ticket assignment.
