The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the Role:Job Title: RecruiterKey Responsibilities:Recruiter role requiring the ability to quickly onboard high-caliber candidates.Strong recruiting background combined with program management experience.Expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates, including those from tech, military, and technical backgrounds.Proficiency in Tech Stack is essential.Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment and adapt quickly.Experience in campus recruiting, high-tech recruiting, and intern hiring is preferred.Familiarity with hiring SDE interns and understanding of technical hiring needs.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Boolean search techniques.Minimum Qualifications:Exceptional sourcing abilitiesStrong business acumenProficiency in ExcelAbility to perform under high-pressure situationsLocation: Seattle, WASalary Range: The salary for this position is between $58,000 - $62,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.BenefitsThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, and 5 personal days accrued each calendar year.
