Asset Manager

Boutique Private Equity Firm looking for a Asset Manager to manage their real estate investment portfolio. Experience required:Multifamily experience, Senior Housing a plus Private Equity Fund Be involved in leases and lease renewals Strong experience in building financial modelsThe daily job responsibilities will include a wide range of asset management functions to maximize the performance of the fast-growing portfolio. Candidate Responsibilities:Provide critical, analytical, and operational support for asset management and accounting activities Daily correspondence with vendors and tenants nationwide to ensure the properties within the portfolio are operating efficiently Assist with the creation of annual budgets and detailed financial reports to submit to investors and senior management Evaluate operational performance for each property in the portfolio as compared to budget, underwriting, and market trends Monitoring and providing direction to property management to improve various operating metrics across the portfolio Perform market and competitor studies on an as-needed basis Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Conduct site visits for local and out-of-state properties as needed Candidate Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 3-5 years of Asset Management in the real estate industry Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel Ability to be organized, detail-oriented and to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Yardi Property Management Software experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
