Practice ManagerLocation: Clearwater, FL (100% onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (You need to start at 7 AM)Compensation: 60,000-65,000 annuallyTarget Start: March 2025 Our client is seeking a Practice Manager who is a hands-on leader, comfortable working at the front desk and in patient coordination, while also providing operational oversight. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned medical assistant or coordinator looking to grow into a leadership role, bringing both aptitude and a servant-leadership attitude to the team. What You'll DoAs the Practice Manager, you will be the anchor of their clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, front and back-office efficiency, and team coordination. You will be actively engaged in day-to-day clinic operations, working closely with front-desk staff, medical assistants, and leadership. This is not a hands-off role. This is hands-on, leading by example at the front desk and inpatient areas. Their ideal candidate is eager to grow into leadershipsupport the team, and ensure seamless clinic operations every day.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Coordination:Ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes and scheduling of appointments Oversee front desk operations and supervise 2-3 front desk employees Assist with patient inquiries, insurance verifications, and billing coordination Handle end-of-day financial reconciliation and ensure accurate records Operational Leadership:Lead by example"”boots on the ground, hands-on, proactive Ensure clinic operations run smoothly throughout the day Address issues in real-time, stepping in where needed to support front and back-office teams Train and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and policies Medical Assistant Duties (as needed):Provide coverage for medical assistants when necessary (rooming patients, administering spirometry tests, assisting with pulmonary function tests) Perform necessary shots to patients Support back-office operations, ensuring patient care flows seamlessly Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies Who You AreMust-Have QualificationsMedical Assistant or similar background (experience with front and back-office duties) Hands-on leadership experience or desire to step into a management role Strong multitasking ability"”comfortable juggling administrative and patient-facing duties Comfortable with EMR systems and tech-savvyHigh integrity and strong work ethic"”leads by example Team-oriented with a "no task is too small" mentalityUnderstanding of medical billing & insurance processesCompassionate and patient-focused"”aligned with our faith-based mission What They Offer (Benefits & Culture)Health Insurance401K MatchingPTO Provided Lunch PerksEducation FundAt this company, they foster a compassionate, mission-driven, and team-oriented environment.
