Talent Acquisition SpecialistOur client is seeking a passionate, motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant on a 2-month contract basis. The ideal person for this role is a keen relationship builder with candidates and other employees and has the curiosity and resourcefulness to find the best matches for roles and effectively integrate them into the company. This role offers many opportunities for collaboration, a friendly team environment and a hybrid work schedule. Compensation: $28-$30/hr rate listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range. Applicants must be able to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days per week onsite, to be eligible for this position.Responsibilities:Conduct full-cycle recruiting, prioritizing candidate experience from interview to onboardingServe as an advisor during all phases of the interview processEmploy a creative approach to sourcing candidates, such as using targeted job postings and cultivating a strong network for referralsCollaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and team goalsGauge recruiting progress by tracking and reporting on key recruiting metricsBuild recruiting programs to promote the client and target specific populations such as interns and recent college graduatesHelp design interview materials and assessment criteriaPartner with Marketing team to develop public and social media presenceQualifications:2+ years of full-cycle corporate or HR experience at the coordinator levelRelationship-oriented; values collaboration and communicationMust demonstrate good judgment and creative problem-solving abilityStrong work ethic; must be highly motivated and comfortable taking initiativeAble to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environmentHigh ethical standards and strong sense of professional accountabilityActive listening skills and high level of professionalism with candidates, colleagues, and ExecutivesOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
