We are seeking an experienced Architectural Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on large-scale architectural projects.Position OverviewThe Architectural Sales Manager will play a crucial role in the growth of our business by promoting and selling our architectural glazing products to top architects, designers, and major developers. This role combines in-studio sales with field visits, requiring a passion for design, a solid architectural background, and a proactive approach to sales.Key ResponsibilitiesStudio-based SalesWork in our studio showroom to present our architectural products and solutions to clients, maintaining a high standard of customer service.Field VisitsConduct visits to key clients in the architectural, construction, and design industries, including developers, building contractors, and government entities.Studio EventsOrganize and participate in in-studio events designed for architects and designers, featuring discussions on architectural design, trends, and industry topics.Networking and Industry LeadershipBring in top industry names and experts to participate in events, elevating Mr. Glazier's presence in the architectural community.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Sales and StrategyFocus on acquiring and managing larger architectural projects, with a focus on higher-value contracts.Product Knowledge and Presentation:Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients and demonstrate how Mr. Glazier's solutions can meet their needs.Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitable terms while maintaining strong client relationships.Industry Representation:Represent Mr. Glazier at industry events, conferences, and in publications targeting the architecture and design community.ConsultationLead consultations with architects and designers, discussing project requirements and recommending solutions.Reporting:Track and report on sales progress, forecasts, and client engagements to senior management and in the CRM system.
