You will work closely with project managers, apprentices, and crew members to maintain a productive, organized, and safe work environmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIESMorning Preparation & Site Setup:?? Arrive on site to review project plans, focusing on the day's objectives. ?? Ensure all tools and materials needed for the day are organized and accessible. ?? Conduct a quick walkthrough to confirm site safety and setup areas that could impact productivity or safety. Productivity & Task Execution:?? Maintain a high level of productivity while mentoring apprentices with hands-on learning. ?? Balance teaching moments with execution, ensuring project standards are met efficiently. Documenting & Capturing Project Progress:?? Capture architectural, elevation, and detailed photos to document progress and quality. ?? Maintain accurate job site records and communicate updates effectively. Coordination & Communication:?? Work closely with project managers, field supervisors, and team members to ensure a seamless workflow. ?? Oversee document and file management for projects, ensuring all paperwork is up to date. Safety & Compliance:?? Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. ??
