Job DescriptionWe are thrilled to advertise the Supply Chain Analyst position for the Wonderfield Distribution (AFCDC).Business OverviewThe Wonderfield Group is owned by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market capitalization of over $5.5billion and whose aim is to become the world's largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. Wonderfield enjoys annual sales of over $2.5billion and EBITDA in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.Position Overview:The Supply Chain Analyst role will focus on delivering data-driven insights and solutions across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in transportation and distribution center analytics, combining technical expertise with business acumen to deliver actionable insights.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Support the VP of Distribution in redefining operational metrics, challenging the status quo by developing advanced measurement tools, and driving improvements in planning accuracy and overall performance.Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data"”including freight, inventory, and procurement"”to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to inform decision-making.Utilize systems such as ERP, End-to-End supply chain systems, and internal company portals to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that enhance visibility and performance tracking.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve decision-making processes through data-driven insights.Effectively communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders, supporting strategic freight optimization and operational initiatives.A deep understanding of P&L statements, food cost calculations, and other financial data to support cost control, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.7+ years of supply chain experience.Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office requiredStrong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills.Strong analytical abilities.Skilled at translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Adept at managing multiple priorities, balancing project deadlines, and daily tasks.A curious, proactive problem solver with a strong ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate effectively across teams.Physical Demands:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Employee Offered Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Supplemental Life, Voluntary Long-Term DisabilityPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchLocation: On-Site
