Onsite/Hybrid role reporting to Trevose, PAFall 2025 office move to Blue Bell, PATo ensure and continually enhance the quality of Intl.SOS' market-leading global security information, analysis and advice to enable customers and their employees to understand and mitigate their risks and facilitate the continuity of their operations, both in business-as-usual times as well as during escalations, incidents and crises.Accountability for the quality of the seminal thought space on security issues worldwide informing information, assistance and crisis management deliverables of International SOS.To provide exceptional, inspiring cross-cultural professional leadership, development and effective management of global talent, and embody the key tenets of localization within an effective high-performing global security Information & Analysis function within the Content Services Business Unit.Leadership• Professional management of Security Director, Information & Analysis and Assistance, Australia & Pacific, and the Security Director, Information & Analysis, EMEA & Americas along with the supervisory interface with Security Director Information & Analysis in, Dubai, London and Chief Analyst, West and Chief Analyst, East ensuring regular meetings are being conducted, tasks and duties appropriately assigned, development needs of the team are being appropriately addressed.Security Information & Analysis• Professional accountability for the execution of world-class, forward-leaning, 24/7 intelligence cycle-led security information & analysis outputs.• Ensuring that the global security information & analysis function is always staffed with driven, talented and committed security professionals in close alignment with Regional Security Directors, General Manager, Medical & Security Content Services and Head of Security Learning and Development.• Engage with Regional Security Directors and ensure alignment and consistency across information & analysis opportunities and issues, including timely decisions to escalate in relation to emerging or breaking events.• Ensuring global consistency of security information & analysis outputs across regional teams and global arbiter of resource allocation and task priorities during times of crisis response.• Serve as key security information & analysis stakeholder to assess and support global non-standard opportunities in terms of scoping and solution design.• Professionally responsible for the internal Business Continuity (BC) / Direct Response (DR) plans for Security information and analysis services globally.• Ensure full and consistent integration of our security information & analysis into our security assistance case management and threat-led operational positioning and decision making.Required Skills and Knowledge:• Thorough understanding of how to apply intelligence cycle principles to produce actionable information & analysis• Exceptional knowledge of and passion for the global political and security landscape and the 24/7 news and information cycle; and how to turn this knowledge into dynamic Information and Analysis multimedia content• Good understanding of risk management concepts• Inspiring leadership, people management and relationship building skills• Positive and impactful leadership skills• A demonstrated motivator in a cross-cultural context• Planning and execution skills and a thorough understanding of the application of intelligence to complex security operations methodical approach to problems and ability to work under pressure during crisis situations• Strong processing and analytical skills• Strong presentation skills• Knowledge of commercial business processes in medium and large enterprisesRequired Work Experience:• Demonstrated knowledge and professional application of all aspects of an intelligence cycle• Ideally extensive operations management, crisis management and security risk management experience across multiple countries and regions• Previous experience of managing crisis and security teams• International security work experience including being based in multiple locations• Extensive independent travel experiencePreferred:• Intelligence operations experience with an external Government agency (preferred), Government intelligence analysis, military or policing (with an international dimension)• Corporate security experience• Security risk management experience• Experience in remote management within a matrix environmentRequired Qualifications:• Educated to degree level or equivalent. Degree in international relations/international politics is preferred. Accreditation of a relevant industry body is preferredRequired Languages:• Excellent spoken and written English language• Other language skills are highly desirable; Mandarin, Spanish, French, Arabic, Japanese, German, Korean, Bahasa Indonesian (preferred in that order)Travel / Rotation Requirements:• Regular business travel, attending conferences and meeting customers and providers
