JOIN OUR TEAM AND SOAR TO NEW HEIGHTS WITH LAWA!Ideal Candidate:Under the direction of LAWA's Airport Development Group Executives and as a member of the Senior Management team, the ideal candidate will:Develop long-range aviation Sustainability, Resiliency and Energy strategic planning efforts and operational improvements through executive stakeholder engagement using technological platforms and innovationDevelop and implement a comprehensive vision plan for LAWA's airport complexes. Deliver and monitor goals and initiatives for Sustainability, Resiliency and EnergyManage a projects to achieve strategy, scope and deliverables Lead a group of technical staff applying best supervisory principles and practices, in collaboration with City of Los Angeles policiesDevelop and forecast trends for Sustainability, Resiliency and Energy in aviation technologyDevelop technological solutions to analyze and present data related to airline equipment, facilities and infrastructure and related regulatory requirementsHave the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences including elected officials, community members, and business stakeholders.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $171,821 - $251,228 annually, based on qualifications and experience.Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, long-term care insurance, defined benefits through City of Los Angeles LAwell, deferred compensation program, and generous leave allowances.
