Administrative Assistant/ Client Service in Wealth Management!About the Company: stable and very well-established wealth management firm. This such a lovely group of people-they have almost no turnover! Firm working hours are 9-5, and culture represents great work/life balance!What you'll dowork as the first line support to a top producing team (one senior Advisor with two supporting Advisors) at the firm - and function as the main point of contact and liaison between the Advisor (s) their clients. In this role you will triage phone requests from clients, execute financial transactions, complete forms and documents for advisors, assist in onboarding of new clients, help prepare reports utilizing PowerPoint and Excel. Alert clients regarding upcoming payments, shepherd client signatures on documents and coordinate their portfolio review meetings with the Advisors-from downloading client account information and pulling it together into their presentation format, to scheduling the client appointments. Manage paperwork including creating and saving to electronic document library. Produce reports and presentations. Full administrative support to the Senior Advisor- he's very into his clients but not so into technology, so this role includes managing his email and calendar and keeping him on track.About you: you have strong writing, organizational and multi-tasking skills along with great attention to detail and a friendly persona! Two or more years of post-college experience as a client service or advisor assistant role in wealth management, is ideal for this position- but this may be flexible. You're looking for a long-term work "home." Firm is a registered broker dealer and able to house or sponsor your licenses (if you have them- though licensing is not required for this role).
