The company's mission is to provide clients with Peace of Mind in Uncertain Times.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Security for our Executive Protection Detail at Global Threat Solutions. The role involves overseeing day-to-day security operations, managing protection operations, and leading a team of Protection Specialists and RST Agents to ensure the safety and security of our client.QualificationsAll active CA BSIS LicensingPhysical Security expertiseExperience in executive protection and security managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesCertifications in security management or related fields are a plusPrior experience in law enforcement, military, or intelligence sectorsBachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field is a bonus but not requiredWho You AreGlobal Threat Solutions ideal candidate for an Executive Protection Head of Security position possesses one or more of the following experience levels:Possess all CA BSIS licenses and a CA CCW. HR-218 is acceptable with the necessary BSIS licenses.6+ years of experience conducting protection/executive protection operations for High-net-worth clients.Experience in one a combination of the following environments is preferred; HNW Family, Residential, Corporate, Technology, or Military/L Enforcement Protective Security Details.International or domestic field/travel experience.Any Emergency Medical Training is beneficial.Your Role as the Head of SecurityCommunicate directly with the clients for all movements.Collaborate with senior leadership on high-level decisions.Plan shift schedules and manage hours. Adjustments will be based on client needs and approved by client.Screen visitors and vendors; control all access to the residence.
