Job Title: Employment Litigation AttorneyLocation: Downtown, LA (Hybrid)Overview:Our client seeks a highly skilled and motivated Employment Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment law, with a focus on representing clients in litigation matters related to employment disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour claims, and other labor-related issues.Responsibilities:Handle all phases of employment litigation, from pre-litigation through trial, including discovery, depositions, and motions practiceRepresent clients in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour claimsAdvise clients on employment law issues and provide strategic counsel to mitigate riskDraft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreementsAttend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferencesQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the bar in CaliforniaAt least 3 years of experience in employment litigation, including experience with defense cases
