Senior Legal Counsel

My client is a well known hedge fund with a global footprint looking for a private credit attorney to join them to work closely with the investment teams.The role will see you involved in structuring, negotiating and executing complex credit investments.The team works on a variety of transactions across debt origination, secondary credit, preferred equity as well as commercial real estate investments.They are looking for someone with at least 4 years experience in the leveraged finance, private credit space from either a top law firm or a comparable in house environment.They are a top tier firm and can offer a fantastic career, working with outstanding people and supporting really exciting work.They are looking to move quickly so please submit your resume ASAP for consideration.The expected base salary for this for this position will be $250-300,000 with strong bonus potential on top.
