As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented candidates to join our HBA Graphic Design team.The Role:In this role, you are responsible for packaging and graphic development from concept to production, by creating original & trend forward design concepts and ensuring the timely execution of each stage in the production process. This position requires a strong understanding and experience in the Beauty market.What you need:At least 3 years' experience in graphic and packaging design for the Beauty marketBFA or BS in Graphic Design or related majorStrong level of creativity, conceptualization, execution, organization and design skillsStrong sense of typography and colorVisualize and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photosAbility to line draw products for line sheet or presentationPackaging design experience both primary and secondaryUnderstanding of beauty and bath productsAdapt and utilize templates to create large number of print ready files across various beauty and bath packagesWork on a variety of projects from start to finish, concepting and designing for packaging of beauty and bath productsKnowledge of print and packaging, production methods, technologies and creative standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced setting, multiple projects, under tight deadlines, with strong project and time management skillsKeen eye for detail and being thoroughReview samples and give comments or approvalsAdapt designs based on feedbackBe aware and passionate about key fashion/beauty market trendsThis is a very fast paced position, suitable to someone who thrives working across multiple projects simultaneously with a variety of design directions.If you're looking for a change of pace from your traditional wholesale company, where you can be challenged and opportunities for growth are endless, please apply.
