Reporting to the Region Director of Clinical Recruitment, this position will be based in Orlando, FL or Ft. Myers/Naples and be responsible for hiring anesthesia clinicians for the premier anesthesia practice in Florida. WHAT MAKES THIS JOB AWESOME?Opportunity: With an employment brand unmatched in our industry, high growth demand for the next several years, and a Talent Acquisition team committed to winning the war for talent this is an optimal opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in their career.Connection and Growth: The Clinical Recruiter will have the unique opportunity to build trusting relationships across many business units and locations, influencing talent acquisition delivery for clinical programs valued up to several hundred million dollarsCompensation: This role offers a compelling salary with generous quarterly incentive packageWHAT YOU WILL DO:• Based in Florida provide recruiting support across multiple Hospital and surgical facilities for the Florida Region (Orlando, Jacksonville, Ft Meyers/Naples) by performing individual full life cycle technical and non-technical recruiting and functional roles to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, and negotiating offers.• Work with new graduate clinicians and develop effective relationships with anesthesia training programs. Clinicians joining USAP come primarily as new graduates from anesthesia training programs. This is the linchpin to our success• Lead the execution of regional and local candidate recruitment events. This includes job seminars, academic training program presentations, and industry/association social events.• Be proactive; actively engage with hiring managers and clinical leadership committees, developing attractive job descriptions and creative sourcing strategies, and providing ongoing status of overall activities and candidates.• Serve as the onsite go to expert in attracting and recruiting talent, applying sourcing best practices, and utilizing sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, and traditional networking.• Work directly with business and clinical leaders to understand business goals, external market trends, competitive intelligence, and determine next steps and integrate recruiting best practices and / or process improvements to further company goals.• Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leadership committees to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing options.• Regional onsite travel to Ft Meyer and Jacksonville (15%)WHAT YOU HAVE:• Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of related staffing or talent acquisition experience in the healthcare field, preferably in physician or nurse recruitment - Anesthesia experience is ideal• Experience working with and recruiting from academic institutions.• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies.• Working knowledge of the relationship between workforce planning and forecasting job needs enabling you to collaborate with business leaders• Experienced in building, cultivating and sustaining networks of clinical candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool.• Success in applying recruiting fundamentals to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.• Must be results oriented and have the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.• Proven track record of providing recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of effectively building positive work partnerships with geographically-dispersed staff at all levels.• Experience with large scale ATS systems such as Taleo, iCIMS, or similar systems• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.YOU'LL DEMONSTRATE THESE COMPETENCIES: • Lean-Forward attitude: intellectual curiosity of how to improve methods, break old processes, and a persistent view to a "future state" solution• Building Collaborative Relationships: The ability to develop, maintain & strengthen partnerships with others who can provide info, assistance and support• Analytical Thinking: Approaching a problem by using a logical, systematic and sequential approach• Business Acumen: Having direct knowledge of client business operations & strategy and being able to understand how the external labor market and HR practices interact to impact organizational performance.• Fostering Teamwork: The ability and desire to work cooperatively with others on a team• Demonstrating Innovation: Developing, sponsoring or supporting the introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures, or technologies
