JOB DESCRIPTION7205 30th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg FL 33710Job Title: Customer Service LeadPurpose:Health and Beauty Manufacturing (HBM) is searching for a full time Customer Service Lead in St Petersburg, FL.HBM is a local, FDA-Registered, business in the nutritional and personal care manufacturing industry.The Customer Service Lead is responsible to ensure that Health & Beauty Manufacturing is providing its customers with the best possible service in meeting their contract manufacturing and packaging needs. They will work with their assigned customers and the other areas of the company (Quality, Production, Sales, Manufacturing, and Packaging) to communicate with clients of their project and order status as well as guide client communication throughout the company. This position is also responsible for being the main communications link between the customer and HBM. Finally, the Customer Service Lead is responsible for planning and guidance of new projects with the team of Business Development.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities:? Must have detailed knowledge of all aspects of their customer's business.? Maintain Follow-Up files on all Customer Service issues relating to their customers.? Administer all systems aspects of their customer's projects including entering ofQuotations and Sales Orders, Part Numbers, Bills of Materials, Formula, Pricing, etc.? Communicate customer requirements to the rest of the organization via email, written communication, and pre, prior, and post-production meetings.? Keep the Management team up to date on progress of their accounts via scheduled weekly meetings.? Issue a summary report to their customers outlining the status of their orders in theagreed upon timeframe via email and scheduled Google meetings with clients.? Report at weekly Project Summary Meeting on status of their accounts.? Maintenance of customer files and CRM data for customers? Research and solve Customer Service problems, proactively initiate assistance whennecessary, and track progress until final resolution is achieved.QUALIFICATIONS? Must have a BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience.? Knowledge/familiarity of software packages such as Google Suite programs.? Detail oriented? Fluency in written and spoken English.? Three (3) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.? Ability to read, analyze and interpret Customer specifications, orders, reports andcorrespondence.? Ability to write reports, business correspondence and meeting agendas.? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Customers andHBM employees.? Ability to use common sense to carryout instructions, furnished in written, oral ordiagram form.? Must consistently present a professional appearance.? Ability to type and use all forms of office equipment.? Ability to maintain working and archived files in an organized manner.? Ability to work independently and maintain order.? Ability to receive, synthesize, organize and communicate action plans for many differentactivities at the same time.? Ability to initiate, pursue resolution, and report follow-up to concerns regarding anindividual order status or customer standing.? Possess experience using personal computers and mainframe operating systems.Physical setting:? Office? Job Available to Start ImmediatelySchedule:?
