Throughout our 10-week Internship Program, this internship will be supporting our Consumer Data Strategy Team. This intern will be working with key decision makers and leaders to solve complex challenges that impact our business today and in the future. What Does the Consumer Data Strategy Team Do?As an intern with the Consumer Data Strategy team at Heineken USA, you will be exposed to the more technical side of marketing. As a Consumer Data Strategy team, we own all first party data efforts, audience strategy, media measurement, website strategy, and our email program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the team in these efforts with a focus on data processing, analysis, and translating key findings into actions. Duties and Responsibilities Include:Support the Consumer Data Strategy team with data gathering, cleaning, and processing efforts Help senior team members analyze data for insights, synthesize key findings into a learnings repository, and develop reports summarizing key findings Assist with development, implementation, and tracking of various learning agendas (media, website, email, etc.) Support with design and development of new dashboards Assist with requirements gathering, process documentation, and general project management Coordinate with internal teams on key projects Basic Qualifications/Requirements:College students currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain/Operations, Marketing, Organizational Behavior/HR, Sales, Corporate Communications or D&T. Interest in the technical side of marketing (analytics, data science, marketing technology, etc.) Highly motivated self-starter Proven people/project leadership throughout one's academic career (on-or off-campus) Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly Demonstrated ability to work in results-oriented, challenging environment Effective facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to give/receive constructive feedback Must be 21 years old at the start of internship Preferred Skills:Strong Microsoft Excel Skills Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint Experience with tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI is a plus Interest in the CPG/Adult Beverage Industry HEINEKEN BehaviorsConnect Shape Develop Deliver Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay: $25.00 / Maximum 40-hours per week Duration: 10 weeks This position does not qualify for housing or relocation assistance HEINEKEN USA is an equal opportunity employer.
