They're looking for a Land Acquisition Manager or Director to help grow their single-family and multi-family portfolio. Known for building high-quality semi-custom homes and some of the most exclusive residences in Hawaii, this builder is now focused on strategic land acquisition to fuel its expansion in Sarasota. What You'll Do:Source & acquire land for single-family & multi-family developments.Underwrite deals & conduct market analysis to evaluate potential acquisitions.Negotiate land contracts and work closely with consultants to move deals forward.
