This organization is focused on developing ultrasound-guided non-viral targeted gene therapies for diseases with high unmet need. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in gene therapy vector development and manufacturing, along with a proven track record of innovation in the field.Base Salary: $130-160,000/year.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport gene therapy vector innovation effortsIdentify technologies to address challenges in non-viral gene therapy vector deliveryDevelop and optimize scalable manufacturing procedures for DNA and RNA payload productionConduct high-throughput screening experimentsQualificationsPhD in Biological Sciences (e.g., Genetics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field) and 5-8 years of relevant experience in the biotech industryTechnical expertise in gene therapy payload development for both viral and non-viral delivery systemsExperience with enzymatic and cell-based nucleic acid manufacturing processesProficiency with Geneious, Benchling, and SmartSheetFamiliarity with gene editing and high-throughput screening technologies is a plusPlease apply with an up to date copy of your resume to be considered.
