Senior Mechanical Engineer-MEP

NES is a Global Staffing provider to the Power Generation industry. We are currently looking for an experienced and hands on Senior Mechanical Engineer - MEP for a full time direct hire position.Responsibilities• Perform full design of HVAC systems, including full equipment selection, for mediumto large commercial projects• Analyze system options and evaluate existing systems where appropriate.• Coordinate all aspects of project document completion within NES and externallywith clients.• Complete full design in accordance with code. Production is performed usingAutoCAD & Revit depending on preference of architect.• Write specifications.• Provide bid and construction phase services including reviewing bids, answeringRFIs, reviewing shop drawings, participating in project walk-throughs, andproviding field observation reports.• Must be proficient in a variety of HVAC systems and shall be considered a technicalexpert and resource to the office.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Architectural Engineering with aMechanical focus).• At least 8 years of relevant experience.• CAD required, Revit preferred.• PE preferred.
