SAP Business Systems AnalystAbout The OpportunityOur team has partnered with a company near Carrollton, TX to identify an SAP Business Systems Analyst who can create their own vision, proactively recognize needs and gaps in the business, and thrive with minimal direction in a high-impact role.Salary: $110k - 130k base + bonus + profit sharing.Location: 4-5 days onsite near Carrollton, TX.ResponsibilitiesSupport various SAP modules, troubleshoot problems, and resolve user issues.Provide daily production support, manage new enhancements, and act as the point of contact for external resources.Manage the full life cycle of SAP implementations (blueprinting, system configuration, testing, go-live, post-go-live assistance).Support SAP project implementations, system upgrades, and rollouts. Develop testing plans to ensure SAP solutions align with business and functional requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to understand processes, collect requirements, and identify system gaps.Customize and configure various SAP modules in alignment with best practices. Identify and recommend areas optimizations.Develop functional specifications and propose innovative SAP solutions to improve business processes, boost efficiency, and cut costs.Oversee SAP project implementation to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Create documentation, including functional designs, test scripts, process flows, and training materials for end-users.Work closely with technical teams to integrate SAP modules with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, legacy applications, etc.), while acting as the intermediary between business and technology.Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to SAP.Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of SAP systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field5+ years of SAP experience in a functional or development role.Must have in-depth experience with one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).Must have hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization.Experience managing SAP implementations, from gathering requirements to post-go-live support.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Understanding of SAP best practices and their application in business processes.Familiarity with OData services, RestAPIs, and integration between SAP modules.Nice To HavesCertifications in one or more SAP modules.Experience with SAP ECC6 or S/4HANA and working in Agile project environments is an advantage.Familiarity with ABAP programming or SAP Basis.Benefits & Selling PointsComprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, profit sharing, etc.)Perfect size to be a stable company while remaining nimble and flexibleGreat opportunity for a self-starter who thrives with minimal direction seeking a long-term fit.Stable company, long tenured team - people join the company, they like it, and they stayAbout Sayva: Sayva Solutions is an accounting, finance, technology, and human resources professional services firm whose focus is on long term relationships created through teamwork and doing what is in the best interest of others.
