Parcel Auditor

Our client, an up-and-coming software solutions company located in the West Loop of Chicago, IL, is looking for a Parcel Auditor to help continue their pattern of growth. This person will be responsible for auditing the entire international shipping process and offering support to their clients. As a Parcel Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their parcel management system. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to start a career in logistics and technology. You will review, verify, and track shipments using our cutting-edge software tools to ensure timely and accurate parcel delivery and data entry. You will work alongside a supportive team that fosters growth and development in the tech and logistics space. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with 3 or more days onsite every week.Parcel Auditor Responsibilities:Verify parcel data against tracking information to ensure accuracy and consistencyMonitor and track shipments using software platforms to confirm delivery timelinesIdentify discrepancies, missing parcels, or incorrect data and escalate as neededPerform quality control checks to ensure that parcel information is accurately logged into the systemCollaborate with other departments, including customer service, to resolve issues related to parcel deliveryAssist in generating reports on parcel audits and performance metricsProvide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiencyMaintain organized and up-to-date records of parcel auditsParcel Auditor Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plusEntry-level position, no prior experience required, but an interest in logistics or technology is preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data accuratelyComfortable using software tools and systems; willingness to learn new technologiesGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectivelyAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment If you have strong auditing skills and thrive in a fast-moving environment, apply today!
